I'm writing a Dhalsim and Guile adventure for the upcoming graphic novel based on the new Street Fighter movie from Legendary Comics. This is a bucket list item for me as a diehard fan of Capcom's fighting games for over three decades. I wasn't expecting to disclose the nature of my story so soon, but the trailer already revealed the fun combo of Guile and Dhalsim. I'm thrilled to be writing the origin of their connection for a story drawn by artist Roberta Ingranata.

Sonic the Hedgehog x Godzilla #3 is fast approaching, skidding into shops everywhere on Oct 14th. Shadow will join the story as a major character and, of course, Godzilla will be making a serious dent in Station Square! And my girl Amy will be there too, naturally, with her big ol' hammer.

I'll be at New York Comic Con with IDW this year, signing Sonic the Hedgehog x Godzilla or whatever else you bring to the booth. This is the first time I've been on the show floor of NYCC promoting a comic in a decade! You might also catch me at Sega's Club Chaos party on Friday night *wink*. My signing times are:

- Sat Oct 10 1:15-3:15

Back here in Los Angeles, I'm ending October at LA Comic Con. It's also been a decade since I had a both at LACC, and I'm looking forward to seeing all of my neighbors at the con. It'll be Halloween weekend, so make sure you show up and show out!

I was honored to answer some great questions from author Nikesh Shukla about writing comic books for his latest newsletter. It was a fantastic experience and I was stoked to realize some things about myself and my scripts along the way.

Have you picked up Nikesh's new Spider-Man India #1 yet? It's a fantastic debut issue and some of the best classic Spidey storytelling I've read in a while.

Speaking of the ol' Web-Head, I was recently included in Nostalgic Comic Shop's Unofficial Spider-Man Art Show to celebrate the release of Across the Spider-Verse. I doodled a wild piece called "Face It Tiger" full of twisting, writhing, and dripping lines.

As for what's next, Rosie and I have a Godzilla signing planned with Things From Another World in Universal CityWalk for Friday, June 30th. Looking forward to talking about monsters and making some new friends there.
